The Rotary Workforce Development Award

The President of Drogheda Rotary Club, Richard Schmidt, was delighted to attend the Drogheda and District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in the Westcourt Hotel, last Saturday night.

One of the prestigious awards was the Rotary Workforce Development Award, which was very kindly sponsored by IFS, a State Street Company.

The award was presented to the Walk Peer Programme, which enables young people with disabilities to take an active part in the workplace.
